This notice describes how information is handled when you browse the Songtrybe Commerce corporate website or use its administrative sign-in.
1. Scope of this notice
The corporate website introduces our commerce venture studio and links to independently branded storefronts. A storefront may have its own privacy notice, checkout, customer support, and operational settings. Please review the relevant store’s policies before creating a customer account or making a purchase.
2. Information used by this website
Our hosting and security systems may process technical information such as your IP address, request URL, browser information, request time, and error details to deliver and protect the website. Public portfolio content comes from the platform’s published store records.
If you sign in, Supabase processes your email address, password, session, and account identifiers to authenticate you. Existing administrator roles determine dashboard access. Your password is not displayed on the website or intentionally written to application logs.
The corporate partnership page currently does not submit an enquiry form. If you contact an existing Songtrybe representative separately, the information you provide is used to respond and discuss your request.
3. Why information is used
Information is used to deliver pages and images, authenticate authorized administrators, remember privacy choices, investigate errors, prevent misuse, and respond to communications. Where applicable, processing may be necessary to provide a service you request, pursue legitimate interests in running and securing the service, meet legal obligations, or act on consent for a specific optional purpose.
5. Service providers and transfers
DigitalOcean hosts the application. Supabase / Lovable Cloud provides the existing authentication, database, and storage backend. These providers process information needed to deliver the service. Depending on infrastructure and provider arrangements, information may be processed outside your country; applicable transfer safeguards depend on the relevant processing arrangement.
Payment services used by independent storefronts are separate from browsing this corporate website. Payment information should be reviewed under the relevant storefront and payment provider notices.
6. Retention and security
Information is retained for the purposes described above, subject to operational needs and applicable requirements. Exact account and infrastructure-log retention depends on the configured provider and account settings. We use access controls and restricted administrative permissions; no online system can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or obtain a copy of your personal information, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. You may also be able to complain to your local data protection authority. These rights are subject to applicable conditions and exceptions.
For a storefront order or customer account, use that store’s published support contact. For a corporate account or privacy enquiry, use your existing Songtrybe contact. A dedicated corporate privacy contact has not yet been published; the contact page will be updated when it is available.
8. Updates
We may update this notice to reflect changes to the website or its processing. The effective date above identifies this version.
