This website presents our commerce venture studio, approach, and portfolio. Portfolio listings describe independent storefronts; inclusion does not promise any particular commercial outcome, availability, or investment return.

Browsing this website does not create a partnership, agency relationship, or obligation to provide services. Any engagement requires a separate agreement defining scope, responsibilities, fees, and other commercial terms.

2. Responsible use

Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, access another person’s information, disrupt the service, introduce malicious code, or misuse accounts or infrastructure.

Administrative access is limited to users with existing authorized platform or storefront roles. A customer account does not grant administrative privileges. Keep your credentials secure, use only permissions assigned to you, and sign out on shared devices. Access may be restricted where needed to protect the platform or address misuse.

4. Independent storefronts and purchases

Storefronts maintain their own branding, products, customers, and operations. Before ordering, review the relevant storefront’s product information, pricing, shipping, returns, privacy policy, and purchase terms. These corporate website terms do not replace a store’s purchase terms or your statutory consumer rights.
